GPT's participation in National Recycling Week, National Tree Day and other corporate responsibility initiatives align with our long term and comprehensive focus on responsible property investment.
Throughout the Week, we're encouraging employees, tenants, retailers, customers and the communities surrounding our shopping centres and commercial buildings to ‘Recycle Right'.
Retail Centre Recycling Collection Stations
Visit the following GPT shopping centres to recycle old batteries, eye glasses, compact fluro light globes, corks, printer cartridges and more at temporary recycling collection stations during National Recycling Week.
Participating GPT shopping centres are:

- Melbourne Central
- Highpoint Shopping Centre
- Dandenong Plaza
- Chirnside Park.
Engaging with our tenants
If you're picking up coffee from a retailer in a GPT office building during National Recycling Week you might notice the sticker reminding you that disposable coffee cups are recyclable.We're matching these coffee cup stickers to retail recycling bins and tenant kitchen bins as a reminder to ‘Recycle Right'.
GPT Employees
As well as participating in Planet Ark's ‘Friday File Fling', employees at GPT's Sydney Head Office will receive a little treat this week.
