Australia Post has been a proud supporter of Planet Ark since 2002 through the ‘Cards 4 Planet Ark' campaign. During that time Australia Post provided 6 million recycling envelopes through their outlets and helped recycle over 45 million cards. The campaign was a great success in raising awareness of recycling and the importance of recycling greeting cards.
In 2009, Australia Post is proud to sponsor Planet Ark's National Recycling Week, an education and behaviour change campaign, which focuses on a broader range of reuse and recycling issues.
Australia Post also supports a number of other recycling programs including the 'Cartridges 4 Planet Ark' campaign by providing cartridge recycling boxes in over 1,700 outlets and MobileMuster by providing mobile phone recycling satchels.
