NRW Community Launch at Newtown Festival

The National Recycling Week Community Launch was a great success at Newtown Festival on Sunday 9th November. Event-goers recycled right by bringing loads of corks, batteries, eye glasses, cartridges and mobile phones to the collection stations at the Planet Ark stall. Dozens of frocks, belts, shirts and skirts were swapped at the inaugural National Recycling Week Clothes Swap - thereby saving energy, water and raw materials. Thank you to everyone who participated in what was a great example of community recycling in action!
