NRW Logo © Planet Ark

National Recycling Week (NRW) aims to improve the environmental outcomes of recycling by decreasing contamination of kerbside collections and increasing recycling rates for both kerbside and other materials like e-waste and whitegoods.

To assist councils and businesses to promote their recycling initiatives as part of a national program of events Planet Ark makes the National Recycling Week logo freely available.

Logos are provided in two formats, jpg & eps. The jpg version can be used for web based promotions and low print quality resources (ie promotions that council or residents will print from their own computers).  The eps version should be used for resources that will be professionally (off-set) printed.

We'd appreciate it if you could send a copy, in either electronic or hard format, of any promotions or resources that feature either the NRW logo or RNY or NRH logos. We like to keep these for our records. If you have an questions feel free to contact us on 02 8484 7206 or at Recycling AT PlanetArk.org

The National Recycling Hotline and RecycingNearYou website have been developed by Planet Ark in collaboration with the Australian Government and Sensis. Both services provide information on council based recycling and reuse facilities and local drop off locations for a huge range of items including e-waste, furniture, clothing and more. Councils are welcome to use these logos (together or separately) to promote access to information for their residents. They can be added to print resources, as buttons on council web pages or included in press advertising.
